Blass Shiraz is a plush, medium-bodied red wine with aromas of dark plums, mulberries and blueberries, and gentle notes of cedary spice. The palate is perfectly balanced with rich, fleshy fruit, subtle creamy oak and fine, velvety tannins.
Shiraz pairs well with grilled, roast and barbecued red meats, dark fruit sauces, Mexican, Turkish and Chinese spices, and smoky flavours. Blass Shiraz is great with spiced lamb cutlets, or spaghetti with pork and fennel meatballs.
