クレア・ドライ -ワイン・メーカー
10代の時、クレアは園芸学に興味を持ったことがきっかけで、育ったヴィクトリア・モーニングトン半島のワイナリーで働くことになりました。2日間だけの経験にもかかわらず、ワイン業界で働きたいと強く思うようになったのです。
高校卒業後、クレアはアデレード大学の醸造学学士号コースに合格しましたが、実務体験を重ねた上で勉学に励みたいという強い希望があり、1年休学をし、モーニングトン・ペニンシュラの1ヴィンテージを手がけ、ドイツのファルツで2番目のヴィンテージを手がけました。
2007年に卒業し、クレアはウルフ・ブラスの主要メンバーとなり、各ワインの基準を満たすよう努めました。
クレアは、冷涼な気候で栽培されるワインに強い興味を持ち、特にアデレード・ヒルズのワインを好みました。クレアはアデレード・ヒルズの畑で多くの時間を過ごし、収穫、特にピノ・ノワールに思い入れがありました。
ワインメーキングチームは上質ワインの葡萄が栽培される南オーストラリアの畑の葡萄を厳選しており、多種多様な地域、葡萄品種、スタイル、技術、技術、熟練技の融合がウルフ・ブラスでの経験を充実したものにしています。
