Blass Noir Chardonnay, from the diverse, complex soils and cool climate of the Adelaide Hills, is a rich, elegant white wine with white peach and melon flavours, integrated French oak, a creamy texture and a long, balanced finish.
Chardonnay pairs well with rich fish, seafood or egg dishes, chicken, turkey, pork, creamy pasta, nuts, root vegetables and pumpkin. Blass Noir Chardonnay is great with hot smoked salmon with chive blinis, or roast chicken with tarragon butter.
