Shiraz pairs well with grilled, roast and barbecued red meats, dark fruit sauces, Mexican, Turkish and Chinese spices, and smoky flavours. Blass Noir Shiraz is great with crispy duck with plums and five-spice, or kangaroo with native pepperberries.
