Wolf Blass Eaglehawk Chardonnay is a fresh, fruity white wine with bright peach and nectarine aromas. The palate is medium-bodied, with citrus and white peach flavours, gently spiced oak, and a soft, crisp, lingering finish.
Chardonnay pairs well with rich fish, seafood or egg dishes, chicken, turkey, pork, creamy pasta, nuts, root vegetables and pumpkin. Eaglehawk Chardonnay is great with poached chicken and avocado salad, or pumpkin risotto.
