Blass Reserve Release Prosecco

Inspired by our founder, Wolfgang Blass’ legacy, Blass Reserve Release are fresh, contemporary wines with generosity of fruit and structural finesse. A fresh, bright sparkling wine with lively aromas of pears and crunchy green apples and the vibrancy of homemade lemonade, Blass Reserve Release Prosecco is the perfect refresher. The palate is crisp and light with a long, zesty citrus finish.

White Label Piccadilly Valley Chardonnay

Wolf Blass White Label wines are contemporary classics, crafted using exceptional fruit from distinctive regions, passionate winemaking expertise and traditional values. Elegant, sophisticated and regionally expressive, White Label Chardonnay’s pristine fruit and focused acidity drive a complex, structural palate with impeccable balance and length.

Gold Label Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon

To create the Wolf Blass Gold Label collection, our winemakers select the definitive varieties of the very best South Australian wine regions to produce progressive, elegant wines showcasing regional and varietal excellence. Gold Label Cabernet Sauvignon is a generous, smoothly textured wine with an aromatic nose of blackcurrant, chocolate and delicate mint, enhanced with subtle notes of cedary oak.

Grey Label McLaren Vale Shiraz

Wolf Blass Grey Label wines are unique and distinctive, brimming with regional character and varietal expression. A rich, elegant red, Grey Label Shiraz has aromatic blue fruits, notes of dark chocolate, warm spice and subtle nougat oak. The palate is succulent and plush, with velvety tannins giving texture and length.

Black Label Cabernet Shiraz Malbec

The most iconic wine in the Wolf Blass stable, Black Label is not about individual regions or varieties, but rather about crafting the finest blend from South Australian vineyards. In its 42nd vintage, Wolf Blass Black Label Cabernet Shiraz Malbec has been artfully blended to create a sophisticated, multi-layered red wine with a complex composition of intense fruit and magnificent structure.

Each wine will be matched beautifully to the chef’s two-course shared plate, consisting of:
